Lodging

We recommend lodging at the Staybridge Suites Rochester University.  It located on 1000 Genesee Street across the Genesee River from the University of Rochester.  In addition to providing the option of room versus suites, they also have a policy allowing pets (with service fee). Since the wedding will be only 3.2 miles from the hotel, we're working out their shuttle schedule which could run as late as 9:00PM.

We've provided a wedding link below for a 18% discount off their free-going rate, but check out their main website, too, in case they post seasonal rates.

In the immediate hotel vicinity, there's not a lot of businesses.  We're working on a list of suggestions of what to do around Rochester, but feel free to let us know what you'd like to do/see.

If you would like to shop around, here some other hotels worth checking out (in order of standard room price):
  • Comfort Suites on 2085 Hylan Drive
  • Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites: Rochester Marketplace on 800 Jefferson Road
  • Fairfield Inn Airport on 1200 Brooks Avenue
  • Hampton Inn  on 1323 East Ridge Road
  • Homewood Suites Henrietta  2095 Hylan Drive
Some other brands that we've seen around town are:
  • Extended Stay America
  • Radisson
  • Marriot Courtyard
Good luck and please let us know if you pick Staybridge.  We'll try hard not to party too crazy at the pool, but we look forward to spending time with you and hope you have a fun time in Rochester.

Ceremony & Reception

Our ceremony and reception will be in one location, the Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School.

They are located on 1100 South Goodman Street in Rochester, NY.  While we'll miss sledding on their stupendous hill (or so Min's co-workers described), their windows open up to a beautiful view of Rochester.
